Securities held outright averaged $6,462.7 billion. U.S. Treasury securities averaged $4,560.6 billion, up $2.8 billion on the week and $360.7 billion on the year. Mortgage-backed securities averaged $1,899.8 billion, down $12.3 billion on the week and $186.1 billion on the year. Reverse repurchase agreements averaged $329.3 billion for the week, up $13.1 billion on the week and down $85.4 billion on the year. Of that, $325.5 billion was with foreign official and international accounts and $3.7 billion was with others.
